We’re building a strong outbound motion and are looking for an Outbound SDR to generate qualified meetings through proactive prospecting.
Role Overview
This is a 100% outbound role.
As an Outbound SDR at qbiq, your primary responsibility is to generate meetings through cold calling and outbound outreach. You will not be responsible for inbound lead handling. Success in this role comes from consistent activity, strong phone skills, and disciplined follow-up.
This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who wants to build real outbound fundamentals in a SaaS environment.
What You’ll Do
- Execute outbound prospecting only via cold calls (supportive work on email/LinkedIn)
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to target accounts (100+/daily)
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Research accounts and contacts to support relevant outreach
- Manage and track all activity accurately in HubSpot
- Follow defined outbound sequences and messaging frameworks
- Work US business hours to align with prospects and the sales team
- Continuously improve call talk tracks, objection handling, and conversion rates
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 1 year + of outbound SDR/BDR experience in SaaS
- Comfortable with cold calling as a primary daily activity
- Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRM)
- Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
- Organized, disciplined, and metrics-driven
- US-based and able to work US business hours
- Able to work independently in a fully remote environment
