Senior Operations Administrator/Coordinator

About Prelude
Prelude Security is building the category leader in Runtime Memory Protection — an endpoint product that detects and blocks in-memory execution, memory zero-day exploitation, and ransomware execution entirely from user mode. We are a small team of security researchers and software developers working to reinvent the way we protect endpoints in a world where threats are complex, emergent, and accelerating. Backed by Sequoia Capital, Insight Partners, and other leading investors, we are building an advanced security solution to detect in-memory attacks on endpoints.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Operations Administrator/Coordinator to keep Prelude’s operations running smoothly across a primarily remote team, while supporting our Executive Team and a small in-person leadership group in our Vancouver office. Reporting to the Director of HR, you’ll take full ownership of day-to-day operations of the Vancouver office, work closely with executives to manage team travel/offsites and support with strategic initiatives. We want someone who can navigate constant change, support executives with confidence, and keep multiple moving parts organized. In this role, you’ll contribute directly to the success of a fast-growing cybersecurity company, driving operational excellence that allows the team to thrive. This role follows a flexible hybrid work model, requiring 2–3 days per week in our Vancouver office. Candidates must be within commuting distance to the office.

  • Serve as a trusted operational partner to leaders, helping them focus on strategic priorities by keeping day-to-day operations seamless and organized

  • Manage and improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and team effectiveness

  • Proven ability to navigate shifting priorities and support multiple stakeholders with confidence

  • Skilled in event planning, including complex scheduling, travel coordination, and internal communications

  • Strong project management skills, balancing multiple initiatives and stakeholder needs

  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks

  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other productivity tools
