Overview:
Sales compensation management is a key driver of sales force success. As part of Precisely’s FP&A Global Commissions team, you will work closely with sales operations, sales leadership and finance to deliver best-in-class sales incentive management process. As a Commission Analyst, you will be responsible for administering and managing sales commission plans in the Xactly system to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations.
What you will do:
- Manage sales commission process for monthly and quarterly commission payout.
- Compile, review and analyze monthly close with your manager.
- Administer and maintain the Xactly system to ensure accurate and timely commission calculations.
- Maintain new hires, termed, LOA and hierarchy in Xactly system including VOTE.
- Develop, implement and route commission plans in Xactly system.
- Validate and load monthly data into Xactly system.
- Provide support to sales team members and sales management on commission calculations and commission related inquiries
- Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely payment of commissions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- Participate in plan design and provide recommendations.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administering sales commission plans in Xactly or a similar system.
- Experience with Xactly and SFDC is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
