Intro and job overview:

Precisely’s Summer Internship Program is a paid, part-time opportunity for undergraduate students actively enrolled in university. The program that begins July 1st and concludes September 30th. The Software Development Intern will work closely with the R&D team.

The intern will work with the EngageOne™ Communicate team - the digital communications platform that simplifies the complex, making it easy to design and deploy personalized, interactive communications across Video, Chatbots, Email, SMS, and PDF, all in one place. Through a unified approach to templating and design, data management, delivery, and analytics, EngageOne™ Communicate empowers business users to collaborate with technical specialists to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Collaborate with other engineers to understand project requirements and deliverables.
  • Programming new features and maintaining the product.
  • Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve code quality.
  • Develop and execute test cases to ensure software quality and reliability.

Requirements and qualifications:

  • Programming skills, preferably using TypeScript or Python
  • Good to know: Angular, NodeJS, Amazon Web Services
  • Communication skills
  • English language skills
  • Openness to self-development and learning new things
  • Ability to work on-site 4 days a week
