Among other things, you will- Drive new logo growth across the US, owning the hunt from first outreach to close in close partnership with SDRs.- Run full-cycle sales and sell into complex construction, engineering, and real estate organizations through compelling, value-driven demos.- Build and grow the accounts you win, focusing on adoption, retention, and early expansion as a trusted advisor.- Consistently hit and exceed your ARR target through strong pipeline ownership, forecasting, and execution.- Act as a market ambassador for PlanRadar, leveraging global success stories and representing the brand at customer meetings and industry events. Who you are- Our ideal candidate has proven success in generating new business in B2B SaaS.- Experience in or exposure to construction, real estate, or PropTech is a plus (however, not a must have!)- Strong hunter mentality with experience selling into complex, multi-stakeholder organizations.- Willingness to travel as required; valid US driver’s license.- Native-level English skills (both verbally and in writing).
