Among other things, you will- Own and grow an existing portfolio of customers in the French market, driving long-term revenue growth.- Define and execute clear account strategies per customer, aligning use cases, stakeholders and expansion roadmap.- Identify and develop expansion opportunities based on customer needs, business objectives and value-driven solutions.- Drive new business generation alongside account management responsibilities, ensuring a balanced contribution to both expansion and acquisition targets.- Convert inbound leads and develop selected outbound opportunities within the French market.- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, and position PlanRadar as a strategic partner.- Deliver tailored product presentations and commercial proposals based on customer needs, data insights, and business objectives.- Partner closely with Customer Success to ensure adoption and value realisation aligned with the account strategy, minimising churn and maximising lifetime value.- Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring reliable forecasting and structured account planning.- Proactively organise and execute regular travel to France to engage both existing customers and new prospects. Who you are- You have a proven track record in B2B SaaS sales within the French market, with a strong focus on account management and growth.- You are experienced in engaging and negotiating with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.- You are a strategic, results-driven professional with a strong customer-first mindset.- You are comfortable managing both expansion and new business responsibilities within your portfolio.- You have excellent French (native level or C2) and strong business English skills.- You are based in Madrid and willing to travel frequently within the French market.- Experience in construction or real estate is a plus, however, not a must.
