Among other things, you will:- Drive regional performance by optimizing team efficiency/effectiveness and ensuring target fulfillment.- Oversee, support, and empower team members to reach individual targets.- Monitor and improve KPIs such as NRR, GRR and Renewal Rate through proactive customer engagement.- Lead public webinars and represent the company at industry events.- Work responsibly, accurately and results-driven; deepen industry/product knowledge.- Conduct effective demos for C-level decision-makers (on-site and online).Who you are:- Proven sales track record; strong pitching, presenting, negotiating skills.- Sociable, sales-oriented, flexible; familiarity with SaaS products/solutions and sales processes.- Leadership experience managing a high-performing sales team.- Experience/interest in IT, construction or real estate; 5+ years in sales with proven success.
