Among other things, you will- Manage, configure, and optimize CRM and other Business Ops SaaS tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, D365, etc.)- Maintain integrations and data flows to ensure accuracy, scalability, and compliance- Develop and maintain automation scripts to improve workflows and system performance- Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement long-term solutions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions- Maintain system documentation and ensure transparency in processes- Identify and recommend new tools, features, and process improvementsWho you are- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration) or relevant work experience in the area of System or CRM operations- Good proficiency in scripting / coding (e.g. Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, or Deluge)- Experience with SaaS platforms, CRM tools, and automation solutions- Good understanding of APIs, integrations, databases and system architecture- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders- Fluency in English (German or other languages a plus)
