Among other things, you will: Drive regional performance by optimizing team efficiency and achieving targets. Oversee, support, and empower team members. Monitor and improve KPIs such as NRR, GRR, and Renewal Rate through proactive engagement. Lead public webinars and represent the company at industry events. Bring a responsible, accurate, results-driven working style. Deepen industry and product knowledge. Conduct high-quality demos for C-level stakeholders. Who you are: Proven sales track record; sociable and sales-oriented; familiarity with SaaS sales processes; leadership experience managing a high-performing sales team; experience in IT, construction, or real estate; minimum 5 years in sales with strong success.
