Among other things, you will: Lead and develop global Finance & Operations (Finance, Controlling, Legal, Operations incl. Business/System Ops) across multiple regions/entities. Build and improve core processes (Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Lead-to-Close). Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting. Partner with GTM to translate growth targets into scalable financial, operational and system processes. Evolve forecasting, pipeline, commission and incentive models. Drive operational excellence, data quality and system reliability (KPIs, CRM, tools). Oversee legal/regulatory/compliance. Act as strategic sparring partner to CEO and Management with financial/operational insights. Who you are: 8–10+ years Finance & Accounting and 5–7+ years Business Operations in international environments; proven senior/director-level leadership; strong B2B SaaS model understanding and high-growth experience; strategic and hands-on; strong analytical capabilities (KPIs, BI, complex data); confident communicator and trusted advisor; excellent business English (German a strong advantage). Salary (AT): annual gross minimum EUR 82,600 with potential to overpay.
