Among other things, you will: Identify, analyze, and prioritize automation and AI-driven optimization opportunities across business units. Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs. Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Python, APIs, and database-backed architectures. Integrate systems and data sources across teams and domains. Own architecture, development, delivery, and continuous improvement. Implement monitoring, logging, and performance tracking. Communicate designs and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders. Contribute to technical standards and best practices. Who you are: Several years in software/AI/automation engineering; strong Python engineer owning end-to-end solutions; comfortable with APIs, databases, and integrations; proactive problem-solver; strong communication and stakeholder management; thrives in fast-changing environments; degree in CS/SE/Data Science or equivalent experience; fluent in English (German a plus). Salary (AT): annual gross minimum EUR 44,450 with potential for higher based on experience.
