We’re looking for a Transaction Services Specialist to join our Finance Operations team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between our customers, internal teams, and the intricate world of billing and payments. You’ll ensure our financial processes are as seamless and high-performing as our product.

Your new adventure
- Own the billing experience: Handle frontline billing and payment escalations, managing everything from chargeback defense to full dispute resolution and root cause analysis.
- Be the subject matter expert: Own and maintain internal and external process documentation. You’ll serve as the go-to knowledge expert for your specific billing function.
- Support the front lines: Partner with Sales, Success, and Partnerships to handle manual invoicing, consolidated accounts, and complex discounting for special agreements.
- Drive continuous improvement: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Enablement teams to identify customer pain points and test new features that optimize the billing ecosystem.
- Proactive problem solving: Reach out to customers to resolve potential issues before they even surface, ensuring a frictionless retention and renewal process.
- Enable the team: Prepare and conduct training for customer-facing teams on existing features and new billing releases.

- Professional Experience: 1–2 years in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented & Process-driven: You have a high level of attention to detail and a meticulous approach to following procedures and maintaining data integrity.
- Analytical thinker: You possess strong numeracy skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex drivers behind billing and payment issues.
- Ownership mindset: You are assertive and responsible, capable of taking the lead in your area of expertise and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative communicator: You have proficient written and spoken English and the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Growth-focused: You have a continuous improvement mindset and are eager to learn the global view of billing ecosystems to help us standardize and automate at scale.
- Experience Plus: An understanding of online payments, billing, and tax compliance is a significant advantage.
