Product Designers at Picsart are central to delivering a best-in-class experience. Embedded within teams alongside Product Managers and Engineers, we partner with User Researchers, UX Writers, and Data Scientists to create meaningful impact at a business unit level. It’s a fast-paced environment where autonomy, attentiveness, and the ability to manage multiple projects with ease are essential.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Create Impactful User Experiences: Lead the design of Picsart’s most-loved photo editing tools, delivering seamless, engaging, and visually stunning experiences for web and mobile.
- Bring Ideas to Life: Sketch, wireframe, and prototype your ideas, then refine them quickly based on data insights, user feedback, and team collaboration.
- Put Users First: Conduct user research and usability testing to ensure your designs are intuitive, impactful, and grounded in real user behaviours and needs.
- Leverage Data to drive design: Partner with data analysts to uncover user behaviours, translating insights into actionable improvements that align with Picsart’s goals.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with growth, monetisation, product marketing, and engineering teams to implement designs and maintain a cohesive user experience across touchpoints.
- Raise the bar: Push for excellence in design standards, delivering work that inspires your peers and elevates the overall product experience.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience designing consumer-facing products. (ideally within SaaS, creative platforms, editing tools, or gaming)
- Expertise in Figma and familiarity with using AI to enhance the design process.
- Strong visual design skills—typography, layout, motion, or illustration.
- Experience improving user flows (specifically for activation, onboarding, and retention).
- Clear communicator who thrives in collaborative environments.
- A compelling portfolio showing end-to-end product design thinking and examples of successful impact you've had.
Good To Have
- Familiarity with front-end code or vibe coding for rapid design prototyping.
- Experience working with marketing teams or creative agencies, with a deep understanding of their workflows and needs.
