As a Creator Support Associate, you’ll be the voice of Picsart for our global user community, offering support, solving problems, and sharing insights that drive continuous improvement. You'll play a key role in helping users succeed and feel heard, while contributing to our team’s mission of building a world-class support experience.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Assist users with all aspects of our software via email, focusing on customer satisfaction and aiming for end-to-end resolutions

  • Offer step-by-step troubleshooting procedures based on the user issue

  • Collaborate with internal teams to report and escalate bugs, app-related issues, and user feedback

  • Advocate for customer needs by escalating cases and providing actionable insights to cross-functional teams

  • Present regular reports based on customer complaints to inform improvements

  • Ensure adherence to community guidelines and policies

  • Support long-term operational goals, automation initiatives, and workflow optimization

What You'll Bring

  • Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing support role, with technical troubleshooting experience

  • Working knowledge of CRM tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, or similar

  • Familiarity with Picsart—its features, audience, and creative tools

  • A strong passion for visual art tools and creativity

  • Interest and aptitude in technology; ability to quickly learn new web and mobile applications

  • A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to learn and share knowledge

  • Ability to take ownership of projects and follow through on tasks independently

Good To Have

  • Proficiency in additional languages

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, tech or startup environment

  • Basic understanding of community moderation or policy enforcement

  • Exposure to customer satisfaction metrics and feedback loops
