You'll play a key role in helping users succeed and feel heard, while contributing to our team’s mission of building a world-class support experience.
How You'll Make an Impact

Assist users with all aspects of our software via email, focusing on customer satisfaction and aiming for end-to-end resolutions

Offer step-by-step troubleshooting procedures based on the user issue

Collaborate with internal teams to report and escalate bugs, app-related issues, and user feedback

Advocate for customer needs by escalating cases and providing actionable insights to cross-functional teams

Present regular reports based on customer complaints to inform improvements

Ensure adherence to community guidelines and policies

Support long-term operational goals, automation initiatives, and workflow optimization
What You'll Bring
-
Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language

1+ year of experience in a customer-facing support role, with technical troubleshooting experience

Working knowledge of CRM tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, or similar

Familiarity with Picsart—its features, audience, and creative tools

A strong passion for visual art tools and creativity
-
Interest and aptitude in technology; ability to quickly learn new web and mobile applications

A collaborative mindset, with a willingness to learn and share knowledge

Ability to take ownership of projects and follow through on tasks independently
Good To Have

Proficiency in additional languages

Experience working in a fast-paced, tech or startup environment

Basic understanding of community moderation or policy enforcement

Exposure to customer satisfaction metrics and feedback loops
