As Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), you’ll lead the function that drives company-wide forecasting, performance analysis, and decision support—ensuring we stay ahead of the curve as we scale.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Lead the company’s annual budgeting, long-range planning, and quarterly forecasting processes, continuously refining financial models for accuracy and strategic insight.

• Oversee business performance analysis, tracking key financial and operational metrics to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

• Partner with executive leadership to evaluate strategic opportunities, market trends, and investment scenarios—including M&A and corporate growth initiatives.

• Collaborate with data science, product, and growth teams to ensure a connected, data-driven approach to revenue planning and performance analysis.

• Own the preparation of board-level and investor-facing financial materials, delivering a compelling narrative around business performance.

• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting automation, and analytics infrastructure to enable faster, more informed decision-making.

• Analyze budget-to-actual variances, identify trends and risks, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize business outcomes.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous development.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

• Proven background in SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments.

• Exceptional communication and executive-level presentation skills; adept at turning complex data into actionable business insights.

• Advanced Excel capabilities, including Pivot Tables; Visual Basic/Macros a plus.

• Strong working knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP.

• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Naturally curious with a data-driven mindset and strong critical thinking skills.

• Highly accountable with a proactive, self-motivated approach.

Good To Have

• MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.

• Experience with financial planning tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights).

• Familiarity with investor relations or IPO readiness.

• Exposure to global business operations and multi-currency environments.
