We are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to join our growing Revenue Operations team. As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in empowering our GTM teams to succeed. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our commercial engine, giving you direct exposure to Sales, Sales Development, Sales Engineering and Channel while supporting them with the tools, data and processes they need to win.
You’ll gain visibility across the business, work with Salesforce and CPQ on a daily basis, and have the opportunity to influence how our teams operate and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the regional GTM teams (Sales, Sales Development, Sales Engineering, Channel, etc.) and act as their go-to partner for day-to-day operational support.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide actionable insights and clear visibility into performance metrics.
- Support deal structuring and quoting processes in CPQ, enabling sellers with smooth quoting processes and deal execution .
- Assist with pipeline management, forecast preparation and ad-hoc reporting.
- Ensure a high level of data accuracy within Salesforce in regards to pipeline, bookings, product book, pricing quotes (CPQ), etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance processes, tools and policies, while gaining exposure to the broader business.
- Grow into becoming a trusted focal point for field requirements, localization and continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Revenue Operations / Sales Operations / Business Operations or a similar role at a rapidly scaling organization
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM ; CPQ experience is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables under tight timeframes in a cross-functional environment.
- Be a team player, self-motivated, and extremely detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Can-do positive attitude
- Curious, proactive with strong communication and decision-making skills
- BA/BS degree or equivalent with specialization in marketing, finance, business, engineering or a related field of study
