About the Role

Pentera is growing, and we are looking for an Enterprise Onboarding Manager to join our Customer Success team. This person will play a key part in setting our largest, most complex customers up for success from day one by providing a world class onboarding experience. By bringing internal and external teams together, setting clear and concise expectations, and running the onboarding experience, this role will accelerate our customers' journey from the start!

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for enterprise customers—ensuring a seamless, high-quality deployment experience that accelerates time to value
  • Manage multiple onboarding projects concurrently, driving progress across cross-functional teams including Delivery Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Sales
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding phase, setting clear expectations, timelines, and deliverables for all stakeholders
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders to establish trust and confidence from day one
  • Lead onboarding kickoff calls, project planning sessions, and status check-ins to ensure alignment and accountability
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating and resolving issues quickly to maintain momentum
  • Ensure all onboarding documentation, technical configurations, and enablement materials are delivered on time and tailored to the customer's needs
  • Partner closely with internal teams to continuously improve onboarding processes, templates, and frameworks for scale and consistency
  • Track and report on onboarding milestones, completion metrics, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Travel to customer sites as needed for onboarding workshops or onsite planning

Requirements

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in enterprise project or program management, onboarding, or implementation roles within a SaaS or cybersecurity environment
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder onboarding or implementation projects with Fortune 500 / Forbes 500 customers
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, security protocols, and technical onboarding best practices
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools such as Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet, and experience documenting processes in platforms like Confluence or Notion
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and drive results through collaboration
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
