Role Overview
The Human Resources Coordinator supports our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This role will handle both administrative responsibilities and essential HR functions such as onboarding, helpdesk support, benefits administration, and other daily HR transactions and strategic programs.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to support a wide range of HR initiatives while helping to create a positive employee experience across hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring accurate and timely completion of administration and providing support to line managers and employees.
  • Handle all administrative tasks for new-hire orientations and exit interviews, including data entry in HRIS systems, auditing for accuracy, and coordinating cross-functional support for exceptional first-day experiences.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR helpdesk questions related to policies, benefits, payroll, and employee inquiries.
  • Validate, input, and maintain payroll data; prepare payroll reports and reconciliations.
  • Support HR Business Partners/HR Managers in ensuring compliance with employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.).
  • Produce and update employee documentation; assist with HR projects, employment verifications, and unemployment support.
  • Perform HR data management, reporting, and analysis to identify trends and improve processes.
  • Maintain digital employee files and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
  • Support HR initiatives including performance review, succession planning, reorganizations, and system testing.
  • Deliver analyses of HR data and provide insights to enhance engagement and organizational performance.
  • Resolve HR-related queries by interpreting policies and ensuring compliance.
  • Support organizational compliance and escalate issues as needed.
  • Assist with continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative support.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll processes, and HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to adapt style for different audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard HR tools.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
