Role Overview
As a Sales Assistant II, you will play a key role in supporting the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales organization by managing critical administrative and data-focused tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining accurate sales data, preparing and organizing documentation, coordinating internal sales processes, and supporting reporting needs. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset to keep sales activities running smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and update customer, contact, and opportunity data in Salesforce and related systems.
  • Support sales team with document preparation, including quotes, order forms, and contracts.
  • Coordinate internal sales processes such as approvals, renewals, and onboarding handoffs.
  • Run and maintain standard reports and dashboards for sales performance tracking.
  • Assist in maintaining pipeline accuracy and ensuring data hygiene in CRM systems.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to support sales enablement and customer follow-up.
  • Contribute to internal process documentation and best practices playbooks.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling, file organization, and internal meeting prep.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years in sales administration, data entry, business support, or operations roles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Professional communication, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with tools like DocuSign, CPQ platforms, or reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
