Our pack seeks a brave Global Talent Acquisition Partner to help us level up our global hiring process.

As our Global Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own end-to-end hiring across Israel, Europe, and the United States. You will source rare talent, craft legendary candidate experiences, and partner with hiring managers to bring the right heroes into the Overwolf story.

This is a temporary position covering maternity leave

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Run full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer processes for global roles across Sales, Marketing, R&D, Product, and Business Development
  • Source top talent across regions, cultures, and markets, with a sharp eye for skills and team fit
  • Deliver a smooth, transparent, and engaging candidate journey from first contact to onboarding
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand needs, shape job descriptions, and align on talent strategies
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Overwolf’s culture and values on LinkedIn, in interviews, and through creative outreach
  • Use data to track pipeline metrics, time to hire, and sourcing efficiency, and drive continuous process improvement

Requirements

  • Strong English proficiency in both speaking and writing
  • 3+ years of hands-on recruitment experience with a strong track record in global hiring
  • Proven ability to source and close candidates for technical and business roles across multiple countries
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (experience with Spark Hire is an advantage)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter
