About the position:

We’re seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our Ops Integrations Team. This role is ideal for software engineers with 3-5 years of experience ready to tackle high-impact projects in a modern, cloud-native environment. You’ll play a key role in developing and deploying integration features that allow data to flow into and out of the platform, as required by our customers’ use cases.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll take ownership of technical decisions across the frontend, backend, and infrastructure of our modern web application. You’ll work closely with Product Management, Design, and other tech teams to propose architectures and implement them with your engineering colleagues. Your efforts will focus on improving features, reliability, and performance.

Our global team includes 4 Full Stack Engineers, a Team Lead, a Product Manager, and a Product Designer, all collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, deploy, and maintain full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, Redux/Redux-Saga on the frontend, and TypeScript/Python on Kubernetes services for the backend.
• Actively participate in the entire development lifecycle, driving technical discussions across teams.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and Designer to deliver robust, scalable features.
• Maintain and improve coding standards and best practices within the team, offering mentorship and technical guidance as needed.

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, with deep knowledge of TypeScript, React and Python.
• Practical experience in cloud architecture, especially on Kubernetes deployments..
• Experience with domain-driven design patterns.
• Experience with MongoDB and DynamoDB for data management.
• Strong command of infrastructure-as-code; we heavily rely on AWS CDK.
• Willingness to get involved with our infrastructure stack, including Jenkins CI/CD, Cypress, and Elastic.
