About the Position:

We are seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to join our globally operating marketing team! Based in Tel Aviv and reporting to our Global Director of Marketing, you will ensure that our global Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, across EMEA, North America and LATAM, are equipped with the right tools, training, processes, and content to sell and support our customers globally. Partnering closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMM), this role bridges strategy and execution - translating positioning and messaging into actionable, field-ready enablement programs.

Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Training:

  • Develop and manage scalable onboarding programs for all GTM hires.
  • Deliver ongoing training on sales process, tools, methodologies, and internal workflows.
  • Lead product and revenue enablement sessions to prepare the field to sell new offerings effectively.

GTM Content & Playbooks:

  • Build and maintain sales & CS playbooks, talk tracks, objection-handling guides, and internal cheat sheets.
  • Partner with PMMs to translate messaging and positioning into actionable sales collateral (without owning messaging strategy itself).
  • Ensure GTM readiness during launches with pitch practice, certifications, and reinforcement programs.

Content Management & Tools:

  • Own and optimize enablement platforms and tools (e.g., Showpad/Synthesia).
  • Create and manage a centralized content repository, ensuring easy access to materials and alignment with PMM deliverables.

Collaboration & Partnership:

  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Revenue, and Customer-Facing teams to align priorities.
  • Partner with Revenue leadership to analyze rep performance, identify enablement needs, and implement solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional launch enablement programs to drive adoption and sales success.

Measurement & Optimization:

  • Define and track key enablement KPIs such as Sales productivity, Time-to-ramp for new hires, Content and tool usage, Training effectiveness, Win rates.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or related roles in SaaS/B2B environments.
  • Collaboration: Proven track record working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing teams.
  • Enablement Expertise: Strong knowledge of enablement best practices, onboarding, training, and sales tool management.
  • Content & Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex ideas into actionable sales guidance. Native English speaker.
  • Tools: Familiarity with sales enablement tools such as Showpad, Synthesia, Highspot, or similar.
  • Mindset: Analytical and data-driven; comfortable tracking KPIs and using insights to optimize programs.
