About the Role:

Optibus is seeking a Product Operations Manager to be the engine of our Product team. The Product Operations (ProductOps) function empowers our product organization to build better products by driving operational excellence, providing data-driven insights, and ensuring cross-functional alignment.

Reporting to the Head of Product Operations, you will be the hands-on owner of our product development lifecycle processes. You are a master of execution who is passionate about creating efficiency and clarity. You will work closely with Product, R&D, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to maintain and optimize our "operating system," ensuring we operate in a smooth, data-informed, and scalable way. What You’ll Do:

• Process Ownership: Own, manage, and continuously optimize the core processes of our product development lifecycle, from planning and prioritization frameworks to release and feedback loops.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct hands-on data analysis to identify trends, measure process adoption, and provide actionable insights that guide product decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with R&D, Go-To-Market (GTM) teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success), and other stakeholders to streamline communications, manage dependencies, and ensure successful, well-coordinated launches
• Technology & AI Implementation: Manage and administer the product team's tech stack (e.g., roadmapping tools). Proactively research, pilot, and implement new solutions, with a special focus on leveraging AI to boost team efficiency.
• Reporting & Visibility: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track product team KPIs, OKRs, and project status for stakeholders and leadership.
• Best Practices: Act as a key resource for the product team, championing best practices and providing the tools and data needed to support their success.

• 2-4 years of experience in a relevant role such as Product Operations, Project/Program Management, or Product Manager within a SAAS company.
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Proficiency in data analysis, with hands-on experience using SQL and Excel to extract and manipulate data.
• A true team player, capable of collaborating closely and building strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• A problem-solver with a strong can-do approach and a knack for turning challenges into actionable solutions.
• Highly organized with a methodical approach, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Expertise with Jira – a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI tools to improve internal processes – a strong advantage.
