- Develop, implement, and update privacy policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with data protection laws and best practices.
- Ensure that the Organization’s legal interests are secured.

- Conduct privacy impact assessments and risk assessments to identify potential data protection issues and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams - including IT, Security, Sales, Product, and HR, to develop and maintain robust data protection measures and protocols.
- Provide guidance on evolving privacy laws and industry standards, and advise the organization on necessary changes to ensure compliance.
The Skills and Experience You Bring:
- 5+ years of legal experience specializing in data privacy, either in a leading law firm or a technology company.
- 3+ years of in-house counsel experience within a technology company - preferably in the AdTech industry, focusing on data privacy, security, and commercial contracts - an advantage.
- Qualified lawyer in Israel with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a top-tier academic institution - a must.
- Deep knowledge of global privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA, with the ability to interpret and apply them in a business context.
- Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) certification.
- Demonstrated business acumen, with a strategic and solution-oriented mindset.
