About the role:

We’re looking for a bold, energetic, and strategic SVP of Product to lead and unify our global product and technology vision. This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of product development, from our flagship Community product to our Ads platform, including our SSP and all supporting infrastructure.

You’ll lead the alignment of product vision, strategy, and execution—driving a high-performing organization and shaping the future of our technology, user experience, and monetization strategy. We’re looking for a creative, efficient “builder-fixer” who thrives in fast-paced environments and is ready to step into a defining leadership moment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the entire Product organization — including Community, Ads, SSP, and supporting technology products — by setting strategy, defining the roadmap, and driving clear priorities and execution
• Partner closely with Engineering, Data, and Design to define success metrics, make data-informed decisions, and ship high-quality products quickly and iteratively.
• Act as a key thought partner to the CEO and executive team, contributing to company-wide strategy and growth.
• Bring rigor and clarity to product development in a high-growth, dynamic environment, including launching new initiatives and addressing legacy challenges.
• Balance hands-on execution with strategic leadership, instilling best practices for scalable, high-impact product development.
• Manage and mentor product leaders, aligning cross-functional teams and driving accountability.
• Help shape and evolve company culture, especially across Product and Engineering

The Skills and Experience You Bring:

Must-Haves:

• 8+ years of experience leading distributed product teams, ideally in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Deep AdTech expertise — particularly in SSPs, ad platforms, and monetization models.
• Proven success scaling both consumer-facing and enterprise products, especially at key inflection points.
• Strong product instincts backed by a solid technical foundation, including comfort navigating tech stack decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to hire, lead, and inspire high-performing product and engineering teams.
• A creative, energetic leadership style with a bias for action and a “fix-it” mindset.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and excels at bringing clarity and structure to complex or chaotic situations.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Background in community-driven platforms (e.g., Reddit, Tumblr, Amino) or social user experiences.
• Strong grasp of trends shaping the publishing, media, and advertising landscape.

What You'll Get:

Our SVP, Product’s compensation package includes an annual salary ranging between $300,000 to $325,000 (based on the candidate's experience and skill set). Additionally, this role is eligible for bonus, equity and benefits, including:
