- Navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving requirements while maintaining operational stability
- Champion experimentation, learning, and responsible use of AI within enterprise IT operations
Your Experience Includes
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT systems in a global SaaS or technology‑driven environment
- Deeply experienced managing endpoints at scale, with strong working knowledge of all OS environments (Mac & Windows)
- Skilled with modern MDM and endpoint management platforms (e.g., Kandji, Intune, Workspace ONE, or equivalent), with a system‑agnostic approach
- Hands‑on with Azure, Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Copilot capabilities, applying them to solve operational, productivity, and service delivery challenges
- Genuinely passionate about AI, automation, and emerging technology, with real‑world experience applying AI tools beyond experimentation
- Proven ability to lead technical work in ambiguous, fast‑moving, and incomplete problem spaces
- Comfortable operating in highly regulated, security‑focused environments with strong attention to detail
