The Challenge

We’re seeking a Product Manager who owns outcomes end-to-end — from defining the vision to driving adoption and measurable business impact. You’ll lead a cross-functional squad to deliver high-quality, customer-validated products that advance our strategy and deliver tangible results.

In this role, you’ll focus on internal platform and infrastructure products that enable scalability, automation, and reliability across our engineering organization. You’ll work closely with Infrastructure, Cloud Operations, and Developer teams to build tools, systems, and automation that power how our products are built, deployed, and operated.

The Mission

  • Own your product and squad. Define vision, goals, and roadmap; ensure execution delivers measurable business value.

  • Drive adoption and outcomes. Set success metrics, monitor performance, and use insights to continuously improve.

  • Shape and maintain a roadmap. Balance inputs from engineering partners, leadership, and technical priorities.

  • Collaborate deeply. Write clear PRDs and partner closely with Engineering and UX to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.

  • Deliver on commitments. Maintain alignment, meet milestones, and ensure visibility across the organization.

  • Identify and resolve risks. Anticipate challenges early and act proactively to safeguard quality and timelines.

  • Lead through influence. Represent your squad in reviews and stakeholder forums; communicate progress with clarity and confidence.

  • Continuously improve. Use data-driven iteration to enhance quality, performance, and team efficiency.

For this infrastructure automation–focused role:

  • Partner with Infrastructure, Cloud Ops, and SRE teams to define and deliver internal platform capabilities that improve scalability, automation, and operational efficiency.

  • Drive adoption of tools and services that streamline CI/CD, infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and incident management.

  • Collaborate with product-line engineering teams to identify friction points and prioritize automation that accelerates delivery while maintaining reliability and compliance.

  • Translate internal engineering needs into actionable product requirements — ensuring platform tools are intuitive, well-documented, and deliver measurable productivity gains.

You Are

A proactive, accountable leader who thrives in ambiguity and drives clarity. You balance strategic vision with disciplined execution and bring a product mindset to internal systems that power scale and reliability.

You’re collaborative, data-driven, and technical enough to engage deeply with engineering teams.

You’re comfortable navigating infrastructure concepts, cloud architectures, and DevOps practices, and you excel at translating technical complexity into simple, impactful outcomes.

Your Experience Includes

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.

  • 1–5 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or technical domains.

  • Proven success delivering products from concept to adoption with measurable impact.

  • Experience defining and managing backlogs, PRDs, and roadmaps aligned to company strategy.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud Ops, and SRE teams to deliver resilient, scalable internal platforms.

  • Track record of improving developer efficiency, service reliability, or system performance through tooling and automation.

Location of Job : Bangalore

Mode of work : Hybrid (3 days WFO)
