Position Description

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to oversee the delivery of complex, multi-workstream data and AI programs for our enterprise clients. This is a strategic, customer-facing role responsible for ensuring the success of multiple related projects, driving alignment with client objectives, and enabling measurable business outcomes.

You will work across global, cross-functional teams and time zones to own program delivery, managing dependencies, risks, and executive-level communications. Success in this role is defined by your ability to scale client delivery, foster long-term partnerships, and ensure adoption and growth across the program lifecycle

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client-facing leader for enterprise programs, ensuring successful delivery and strong customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee multiple projects and workstreams within a program, ensuring alignment with client objectives and Nexus’s strategic goals.
  • Build and manage integrated program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Solutions Architects, Product, and Engineering to scope and deliver client engagements.
  • Manage cross-functional delivery teams, including onshore and offshore resources, ensuring collaboration and efficiency across teams.
  • Provide executive-level updates to internal and client stakeholders on delivery health, progress, and risks.
  • Drive accountability for program KPIs including delivery quality, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction.
  • Standardize delivery best practices and implement continuous improvement processes across client programs.
  • Support account growth by identifying opportunities to expand engagements based on client needs.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in program, project, or delivery management, ideally within data, cloud, or AI/ML environments.
  • Proven success managing complex, multi-project client programs in a consulting or services context.
  • Experience leading cross-functional and distributed (onshore/offshore) delivery teams.
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to track and manage budgets, forecasts, and margins at a program level.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies and ability to scale them across multiple teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging at both executive and technical levels.
  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification preferred.
