As our Senior Partner Relationship Manager, you will own and evolve our consulting and technology partner relationships across multiple regions, acting as the primary steward for those partnerships internally and externally.
This is a role with genuine strategic weight. You will shape how nCino's partner ecosystem is built, enabled, and scaled — working across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to ensure our partners are positioned to sell and deliver with confidence. From vetting and onboarding new partners to leading joint go-to-market planning, your work will directly influence nCino's pipeline and customer outcomes.

What You'll Do
Partner Relationship Management
- Own the overall relationship between nCino and our consulting and technology partners across the region.
- Lead vetting and onboarding of new partners, including risk management and mitigation, to support reliable revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
- Forecast, track, and manage partner revenue goals and expectations.
- Build deep relationships with key executives at partner organisations and drive meaningful connection between partners and internal teams.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for any issues triggered by or impacting external partners.
- Lead annual account planning sessions covering pipeline, forecasting, marketing initiatives, delivery review, and more.
- Support and administer partnership, alliance, and reseller agreements and other contractual documentation.
- Keep partners informed on nCino's product roadmap and future strategy, and ensure feedback reaches the right internal teams.
Business Development, Marketing & Sales
- Work with our marketing team to define joint go-to-market strategies and coordinate marketing activities including conferences, webinars, and content.
- Enable the ecosystem with nCino's sales positioning, tactics, and value propositions.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and individual reps to manage partner pipeline and drive qualified opportunities.
- Influence buy-in across Sales and Product leadership for partner relationships, with clearly defined success metrics by region.
Delivery & Enablement
- Mobilise and equip partners with nCino's implementation best practices and establish ways of working with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Work with Professional Services teams to establish cadences with partners and customers to drive consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Lead partner training coordination, enablement, and certification.
- Collaborate with Partner Relationship Managers in other regions to ensure nCino's Partner Program remains consistent and scalable.
- Leverage AI tools and insights to enhance efficiency, automate routine tasks, and drive smarter decision-making across your work.
Ideally You'll Have
Solid experience in relationship management, consulting, banking, or enterprise software — with a proven track record of managing complex partnerships or accounts.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects and deliver outcomes across cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to engage credibly at executive level.
A problem-solving, inquisitive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting your approach to different situations and stakeholders.
Experience in conflict resolution and the ability to work through complex, multi-party scenarios.
Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
You'll Stand Out If You Also Bring
A background in consulting or fintech, or experience working within a SaaS company's partner ecosystem.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Experience in process re-engineering or operational improvement.
Knowledge of the banking or financial services landscape.
