Senior Demand Generation Manager - EMEA
nCino
nCino offers exciting career opportunities for individuals who want to join the worldwide leader in cloud banking.
This is a revenue role — and we mean that seriously.
As Senior Demand Generation Manager, for EMEA, you'll own the marketing engine that drives qualified pipeline across the region, working hand-in-hand with your marketing colleagues and sales to accelerate business growth. You'll join at a pivotal moment as the EMEA business scales, and you'll be instrumental in building the processes, frameworks, and team capability that underpin that growth.
You'll report to the Director of Regional Marketing and manage two direct reports with broad influence across the department. Your remit spans the full EMEA region and will need strong collaboration with US headquarters. You’ll spend your first 30–60 days understanding the existing EMEA landscape — tech stack, programmes, and team dynamics — before driving change.
What You'll Do
Lead and develop a team of demand marketers, investing time in coaching them to grow to their potential
Own EMEA demand generation, driving qualified pipeline and revenue contribution with clear accountability for results
Implement and optimise across the full marketing mix: paid media, email, web, events, and offline channels using tools including Marketo, 6Sense, Salesforce, and SalesLoft
Use AI tools and data-driven insights to improve efficiency and sharpen decision-making across the team
Build and optimise the demand generation infrastructure: attribution models, lead scoring frameworks, reporting structures, and process standards
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing Operations, and Product to ensure seamless lead handoff and shared pipeline accountability
Present performance analysis and strategic recommendations to senior marketing leadership
Lead the EMEA website as a demand generation channel, driving content strategy and performance.
What We're Looking For
A people leader who develops others — energised by coaching and building team capability
A demand generation professional who thinks in pipeline and revenue, not just leads and impressions
A builder — you've created or significantly improved demand gen processes and operational foundations, not just inherited them
Commercially astute and analytically strong, with confidence presenting to senior leadership
Genuinely curious about AI and emerging tools — you experiment rather than wait for permission
Genuine B2B SaaS experience — ideally within financial services or another complex, regulated environment
A strong relationship builder
Hands-on with martech tools
Comfortable operating in a global, US-headquartered organisation with the autonomy that comes with a regional leadership role
Requirements
Essential:
5+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience
2+ years managing demand generation or marketing professionals
Proven track record driving pipeline from marketing
Strong grounding in attribution modelling and lead scoring
Budget management and ROI reporting experience
Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills
Desirable:
Experience in banking technology or fintech SaaS
Advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience with martech tools which may include Marketo, 6Sense, Salesforce, and SalesLoft
Experience owning or directing a website as a demand generation or commercial channel
Experience coaching or developing first-time managers
Knowledge of EMEA market dynamics across multiple sub-regions
