nCino offers exciting career opportunities for individuals who want to join the worldwide leader in cloud banking.

Banks generate massive amounts of data - loan applications, portfolio performance, risk metrics, transaction patterns - but turning that data into intelligent action is where the real challenge lives. As a Senior Data Scientist on nCino's Data & AI team, you'll build machine learning models and predictive analytics that help financial institutions make smarter lending decisions, manage risk more effectively, and automate complex banking processes.

You'll work on a new fintech solution within Portfolio Analytics where your models become product features, not research projects. That means collaborating directly with engineers to deploy your work into production, monitoring model performance in real banking environments, and iterating based on actual business impact. You'll analyze complex datasets, prototype solutions, guide technical approaches, and translate messy business problems into clean analytical frameworks using Python, SQL, AWS services, and Databricks. Experience with financial markets is highly valued as you navigate the complexities of regulated financial data.

This role puts you at the center of AI innovation in banking. You're not building models in a vacuum, you're embedded with product teams solving real problems for real financial institutions. If you're energized by the challenge of making AI work in a regulated, high-stakes industry where your work directly influences how banks operate, let's talk.
