We have many of the country’s largest fleets as enterprise customers and are processing more than 1 million trip miles and 150 million data points per day. The Motorq leadership team has interdisciplinary experience in automotive engineering, full-stack software engineering, data science, and SaaS startups.

About The Role

Motorq is seeking a results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to accelerate growth by expanding and deepening relationships with our most strategic enterprise customers. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution for driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth within your portfolio of accounts. You’ll partner with executives and key stakeholders to understand their evolving business needs, deliver tailored solutions, and uncover opportunities for expanded engagement. This is a high-impact role, ensuring customer success while driving Motorq’s growth through long-term, value-based partnerships and innovative, first-of-their-kind initiatives.

Competitive salary and equity package — Salary will be between $100,000 and $125,000 ($200,000 - $250,000 OTE)

What You'll Do

  • Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Drive account expansion by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customers.
  • Partner with customer stakeholders - from operational leads to C-suite executives - to understand evolving needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Ensure high adoption and satisfaction by leading quarterly business reviews, providing product guidance, and addressing challenges proactively.
  • Serve as the customer’s voice internally, collaborating with product, engineering, and support teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain account health, forecast renewals, and ensure on-time contract execution.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Track all activities in CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

What We're Seeking

  • 8+ years of enterprise account management or customer success experience in SaaS, with a track record of growing revenue in existing accounts.
  • Experience managing complex, high-value relationships with Fortune 1000 or other large enterprise clients.
  • Consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence at multiple levels within an organization.
  • Passion for solving customer challenges and ensuring long-term success.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple large accounts simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on delivering results and building scalable account growth processes.
