The Motorq leadership team has interdisciplinary experience in automotive engineering, full-stack software engineering, data science, and SaaS startups.
We are headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area with offices in Chennai and Seattle. We have successfully raised a $40M Series-B venture round in 2022 and are part of the Stanford StartX community.
About The Role
Motorq is seeking a results-driven enterprise sales professional to accelerate our growth through net-new logo acquisition. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution for engaging and winning new enterprise customers, from initial prospecting through close. You’ll identify high-value opportunities, build executive relationships, and deliver tailored solutions that address complex business needs. This is a high-impact role, driving Motorq’s expansion into new accounts and markets with innovative, first-of-their-kind initiatives.
Competitive salary and equity package — Salary will be between $100,000 and $125,000 ($200,000 - $250,000 OTE)

What You'll Do
- Aggressively prospect and penetrate target enterprise accounts, driving top-of-funnel activity through outbound outreach, networking, and industry engagement.
- Own and exceed a net-new revenue quota, closing high-value deals with top fleets and other strategic organizations.
- Develop and execute tailored account attack plans for each target logo, mapping stakeholders, uncovering business pain, and positioning Motorq as the must-have solution.
- Run the full enterprise sales cycle - from first contact and executive alignment to complex negotiation and contract execution.
- Leverage competitive intelligence and market insights to outmaneuver incumbents and differentiate Motorq in highly competitive situations.
- Build and maintain a high-value pipeline, using CRM discipline to forecast accurately and maintain relentless follow-up on open opportunities.
- Champion urgency and velocity in every deal, ensuring fast-moving sales cycles without sacrificing strategic alignment or deal quality.
- 8+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience, with a proven record of exceeding quotas through net-new customer acquisition.
- SaaS sales expertise, ideally selling complex, high-value solutions to Fortune 1000 and other large enterprise clients.
- A natural hunter who thrives on building relationships from the ground up and penetrating new accounts at the executive level.
- Passion for solving complex customer challenges and creating scalable, repeatable sales processes that accelerate growth.
- An entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset, combining creative problem-solving with the drive to relentlessly pursue and close high-value deals.
- Ability to manage multiple, high-priority enterprise pursuits simultaneously without sacrificing attention to detail or deal quality.
