About the Role:
As an IT SaaS Ops Administrator at Motive, you’ll be a key enabler of our enterprise technology strategy. Reporting to the Manager, Global IT, this role is responsible for managing cloud-based and internally hosted SaaS applications, ensuring seamless access, security, and reliability for our organization. You’ll work closely with IT Support, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to continually improve our software environment, administer core SaaS platforms—including Okta, Google Workspace, BetterCloud, Atlassian, Slack, and GCP—and support identity management integration and automation.

What You’ll Do:
- Administer, troubleshoot, and optimize SaaS applications including Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, BetterCloud, Slack, and GCP.
- Provide escalation support for IT Helpdesk and partner with Engineering to drive enhancements across core platforms.
- Develop and maintain identity management integrations (e.g., SSO, SAML, federated authentication) and support API connections between SaaS tools.
- Document procedures, policies, and technical instructions for application management and support.
- Assist in evaluating, selecting, and onboarding new technologies, ensuring product upgrades and integrations align with business needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise-level IT services or SaaS administration (open-ended to encourage highly experienced candidates). 2+ years administering Cloud Identity-as-a-Service solutions (e.g., Okta, BetterCloud) and supporting federated authentication protocols.
- Demonstrated ability troubleshooting and maintaining API integrations and plugins across SaaS environments.
- Hands-on experience managing Google Workspace, including email troubleshooting, data loss prevention, and user account administration. \Proven track record executing technical projects within collaborative, cross-functional IT teams.
