Head of France and Benelux

Moonfare is looking to hire a dynamic and passionate Head of France & Benelux to drive our growth and expand our reach among high-net-worth clients and family offices in these key European markets. In this role, you'll leverage your network, represent Moonfare externally, build and foster strong relationships, and develop a high-performing sales team. Join us at the forefront of our next phase of growth, working closely with senior leadership to make a significant impact within private markets.

You will:

  • Lead our growth efforts in France and Benelux by leveraging your network and focusing on outbound business development
  • Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with family offices and high-net-worth individuals, acting as their primary point of contact post-onboarding to ensure long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships
  • Partner with our Marketing team to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to France and Benelux
  • Represent Moonfare at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in the region
  • Gather and share market intelligence and investor feedback to ensure Moonfare’s offering is aligned with regional investor demand
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team dedicated to France and Benelux

The next Moonfarian:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales within the French and/or Benelux markets, ideally in wealth management, private banking, or alternative investments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field; Master’s/MBA is ideal but not required
  • Fluency in French and English (Dutch is a strong plus)
  • A strong network among high-net-worth individuals and family offices in the region
  • Proven track record in business development, deal conversion, and relationship management
  • High integrity with a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction
  • A hands-on, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work autonomously and strategically
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
