Product Manager, Fund & Investment Opportunities

  • Moonfare is seeking a Product Manager, Fund & Investment Opportunities to own and optimise the critical journey from when an investor first views available funds to making their first investment. You will drive user activation and conversion through data-driven strategies, working cross-functionally to streamline onboarding, reduce friction, and accelerate time-to-first-investment.

    This is a high-impact role at the heart of our growth engine, directly influencing key business metrics and investor satisfaction.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead Moonfare’s product strategy for investor onboarding and conversion, focusing on guiding users from fund discovery to their first investment as efficiently as possible.
  • Analyse and map the current investor journey, identifying friction points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Design, implement, and iterate on onboarding flows, educational content, and engagement strategies that drive first-time investments.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, Legal and Marketing to ensure seamless, high-converting user experiences across all touch points.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and techniques in user activation, engagement strategies, and to optimize conversion throughout the investor journey.
  • Leverage data analytics, user feedback, and funnel analysis to inform decisions and measure the impact of changes.
  • Own and perform experimentation and A/B testing pipeline to optimise conversion rates and drive the data-driven product roadmap.
  • Continuously monitor and report on key metrics such as time-to-first-investment, drop-off rates, and overall conversion, recommending actionable improvements.
  • Advocate for the investor’s perspective, ensuring all touchpoints are intuitive, informative, and motivating.

The next Moonfarian

  • 3+ years of experience in data-driven product management roles, ideally within growth, onboarding, or conversion optimisation in fintech, SaaS, or digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel analysis, user segmentation, and A/B testing.
  • Proven ability to use data and user research to drive product and process improvements.
  • Deep understanding on how to append Product-Led Growth motions alongside existing Sales-led Growth motions, and how to optimise for both of them across the activation journey.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Data teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex product and data concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • User-centric mindset with a passion for delivering seamless digital experiences.
  • Experience with investment platforms or financial products is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (for eg. Google Analytics, Heap, Hotjar), CRM tools (for eg. Hubspot) and Experimentation Platforms (for eg. Statsig, Growthbook).
