Investor Operations Associate (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Investor Operations Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing the full investor lifecycle—from onboarding and compliance reviews to supporting fund transactions. This is an opportunity to contribute to operational excellence, collaborate across teams, and help shape a best-in-class investor experience in the private markets.

You will:

  • Support end-to-end investor onboarding processes, including KYC/AML checks, documentation review, and internal approvals
  • Project manage continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational bottlenecks
  • Manage post-signing workflows such as capital calls, distributions, and account updates
  • Conduct ongoing KYC monitoring, track expiring documents, and ensure timely follow-ups and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Fund Administration, Compliance, Legal, and Product to ensure seamless investor operations
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and help design scalable, automated solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and support audit readiness with clean, consistent documentation
  • Actively participate in cross-team projects focused on improving investor lifecycle operations

The next Moonfarian:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Investor Services, Financial Operations, Fund Administration, or KYC/AML within financial services
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail; comfortable managing multiple workflows
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Familiarity with internal operations systems, CRM tools, or financial platforms is a plus
  • A self-starter mindset with a collaborative and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong interest in investor operations, process improvement, and compliance
