Partnerships Manager
Moonfare is redefining access to private markets by building innovative investment solutions for a new generation of investors. We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to lead and scale a key commercial vertical focused on strategic partnerships across Europe. In this role, you will take ownership of our corporate partnerships, collaborating with investment banks, asset managers, private equity firms, and professional service providers. This is a high-impact opportunity to scale a fast-growing business unit, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
You will:
- Build and scale a core partnerships vertical from the ground up, directly impacting Moonfare’s growth and revenue
- Own the full partnership lifecycle—from prospecting and deal-making to onboarding, implementation, and ongoing relationship management
- Develop and lead relationships with key external partners including investment banks, asset managers, private equity firms, and professional services providers
- Define strategic direction, bringing creative thinking to enhance Moonfare’s presence and distribution across Europe
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies informed by data, insights, and performance metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless delivery of partnership initiatives
- Play a pivotal role in the commercial team, consistently exceeding targets and contributing to shared success
The next Moonfarian:
- At least 5 years’ experience in fintech, consulting, financial services, or a similarly fast-paced, analytical environment—ideally in a commercial or strategic role
- Strong academic foundation; Bachelor’s degree required, with a Master’s or MBA considered a plus
- Able to think strategically and act pragmatically—comfortable shifting between planning and execution
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals (e.g., KPIs or OKRs)
- Clear and confident communicator—experienced in engaging with senior stakeholders and presenting ideas with attention to detail
- Organised, methodical, and comfortable navigating complex or fast-changing environments
- Genuine interest in private markets—prior experience is welcome but not required
