AI Product Manager (m/f/d)

At Moonfare, we’re revolutionising access to private equity—and AI is our next frontier. We're looking for a curious, entrepreneurial AI Product Manager to lead our AI-first strategy, embedding intelligence, automation, and personalization across the investor journey and internal operations.

You’ll work cross-functionally to identify high-impact opportunities, from onboarding optimisation to fund workflow automation and internal copilots. This is your chance to shape Moonfare’s AI future from the ground up and deliver scalable solutions that redefine how we create value.

You will:

• Own Moonfare’s AI product strategy by identifying, evaluating, and prioritising automation and AI-native opportunities across the platform
• Partner with product leaders across domains to embed AI into roadmaps and streamline critical workflows—from investor onboarding to backend services
• Design and deliver AI-powered tools and experiences, including LLM-enabled copilots, intelligent support automation, and recommender systems
• Evaluate and integrate AI technologies—whether open-source frameworks, commercial APIs, or foundation models—to accelerate delivery and amplify impact
• Build internal AI capabilities, developing reusable components like prompt chains, vector stores, and toolkits to empower teams
• Measure and track the impact of AI initiatives across key metrics such as cost, speed, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• Champion responsible AI practices, ensuring solutions are ethical, transparent, and aligned with regulatory and compliance standards
• Educate and up-skill teams by developing frameworks, leading workshops, and sharing playbooks that drive AI adoption across the organsation

The next Moonfarian:

• Minimum 5 years of product management experience, including 1–2+ years focused on AI/ML products, internal automation, or data tooling
• Strong understanding of the AI/ML landscape, including foundation models, prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, and vector databases
• Skilled at operating at the intersection of product strategy, data science, and engineering; comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Passionate about building AI platforms and capabilities from the ground up, with a drive to enable horizontal impact across teams
• Able to clearly communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Committed to building ethical, inclusive, and compliant AI products that inspire trust
