IT Manager (m/f/d)

Join Moonfare as we continue to transform the global Private Equity investment landscape. We’re looking for a strategic, growth-oriented IT Manager to lead our internal IT function, establish scalable processes, and drive excellence across all areas of our rapidly growing business. This is an opportunity to take full ownership of our IT infrastructure, collaborate across departments and locations, and help shape the future of our technology operations.

You will:

• Lead and evolve Moonfare’s IT infrastructure across all current and future global office locations
• Inspire and grow a high-performing internal IT team, bringing strategic direction and supporting individual development
• Manage our suite of workplace applications and tools, both internal and third party, assessing and implementing new solutions that scale with the business
• Oversee all IT hardware assets, from procurement to distribution, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Own and secure Moonfare’s access and identity processes, keeping our systems and data protected
• Run and continuously improve our IT Helpdesk, delivering excellent support across multiple time zones
• Define and implement IT processes and standards to increase operational efficiency and effectiveness company-wide

The next Moonfarian:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years in a leadership role with full IT budget responsibility
• Proven expertise in enterprise device management for hybrid environments (Mac/Linux/Windows)
• Successful track record in building and maintaining a multi-region IT Helpdesk
• Experience with modern IT stacks and tools in a fast-paced, growth environment
• Familiar with network management across multiple physical office locations
• Working knowledge of key enterprise security principles (asset, patch, and access management is a plus)
• Skilled in vendor management, including oversight of local and international IT partners
• Proficient in Bash and PowerShell scripting
• Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) administration
• Hands-on experience with Jamf Suite and Microsoft Intune for device management
• Deep knowledge of Atlassian Suite administration, including Jira workflows, automations, plugins, and project configurations
• Competent in Google Workspace and Google MDM administration
