Account Management Analyst (m/f/d)
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Management Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll support and strengthen relationships with investors, oversee onboarding processes, and help drive operational improvements. You'll collaborate across multiple teams to deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience.
A strong client-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service are essential, as you’ll play a key role in both strategic initiatives and the ongoing success of our investors.
You will:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for regional investors, supporting onboarding, platform training, and account setup
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination between KYC, Compliance, Legal, Fund Operations, and Product teams to ensure compliant and seamless onboarding
- Maintain accurate client records and partnership details using CRM tools such as HubSpot
- Respond promptly and professionally to investor inquiries via email, live chat, and phone
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives and cross-departmental projects to optimise the client journey
- Provide feedback to Product and Operations teams to improve internal workflows and enhance the client experience
The next Moonfarian:
- 1–2 years of experience in account management, customer success, operations, or a similar client-facing role
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required
- Has native level or fluency in English and French (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with sophisticated investors
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management
- A problem-solver with a hands-on mentality and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience using CRM systems such as Hubspot; familiarity with data tools like Tableau is a plus
