Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d)
People are our greatest asset at Moonfare, and our Talent Acquisition Partner team plays a crucial role in determining who joins our organisation. They represent our brand in every candidate interaction and provide the first impression of our company culture.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate with leaders from diverse teams to help them tackle the exciting challenge of building high-performing teams. You will work closely with them to define team needs, identify potential gaps, and ask the right questions to ensure only the most suitable candidates join Moonfare.
You will:

Act as a true talent advisor and coach to hiring managers and candidates – holding hiring managers accountable for delivering an outstanding candidate experience and supporting them in making the best hiring decisions

Define and drive the recruitment strategy for all assigned vacancies

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, engaging candidates through creative and compelling sourcing strategies

Identify top talent, bring them on board, and help set them up for success

Use recruitment data to continuously improve the way we attract and hire top talent

Gather, track, and share market intelligence related to salary trends, sourcing techniques, and selection tools
The next Moonfarian:

Has 3+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role, across both technical and non-technical positions

Is comfortable managing end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, building pipelines, and engaging with candidates

Is confident working with senior hiring managers and C-level stakeholders, with a creative and persuasive communication style

Deeply cares about candidate experience and relationship-building

Is data-driven and analytical in their approach

Can effectively sell and close candidates in person, via video, and through outreach

Has excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English

Has a constant-learning mindset, actively seeks out improvements, and challenges the status quo

Is energetic, committed, and enjoys working closely with the team
