Talent Partner Lead (m/f/d)
People are our greatest asset at Moonfare, and our Talent Partner team plays a crucial role in determining who joins our organisation. They represent our brand in every candidate interaction and serve as the first impression of our company culture.
As Moonfare continues to grow, we're looking for a business-oriented Talent Partner Lead who will work with our leaders to understand our talent needs and implement effective solutions to bring skilled professionals to Moonfare.
This person will work closely with the rest of the P&C colleagues on the design & development of initiatives that drive our global talent strategy and roadmap.
You will:
- Manage the hiring plan and oversee recruitment processes
- Support and guide Talent Partners (2) in their daily work and challenges
- Improve our recruitment approach through thoughtful application of technology and recruitment best practices
- Lead recruitment for key strategic roles
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team to design cohesive processes
- Provide leaders with insights on market trends and practical solutions for talent needs
- Develop and maintain our employer brand
- Share relevant recruitment metrics and insights with the Executive Committee
The next Moonfarian:
- 5+ years in recruitment with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Strong interpersonal skills with good judgment of character
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across different departments
- A methodical approach to recruitment campaigns with attention to relevant metrics
- Knowledge of employer branding and candidate experience principles
- Experience with diverse sourcing strategies beyond standard job boards
- Constant-learning attitude, doing research and challenging the way we do things
