Head of Data & Analytics (m/f/d)

Moonfare is looking a Head of Data & Analytics to lead our data analytics team and drive innovation across the organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive data strategy and fostering a data-driven culture. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to align data initiatives with business goals, optimise processes through automation, and implement solutions to drive growth and operational efficiency. If you have a passion for leadership, innovation, and leveraging data to create value, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

You will:

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire data team members to maximise their potential
  • Continuously improve and automate processes to enhance scalability, efficiency, and data quality
  • Establish and maintain a data-driven culture across the organisation
  • Develop and execute a long-term data strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Engage with stakeholders to align data initiatives with business goals
  • Communicate data-driven insights and business performance updates to management and other teams, driving informed decision-making
  • Focus on data-driven performance tracking, value creation, and identifying cost-saving opportunities

The Next Moonfarian:

  • Has proven experience in leading and developing data teams, with a strong emphasis on mentorship and skill-building
  • Has demonstrated ability to develop long-term data strategies, roadmaps, and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives
  • Has a solid background in process improvement, automation and optimisation with the ability to manage financial KPIs
  • Has the ability to communicate complex technical data concepts in a simple and business-focused manner
  • Has excellent communication and collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to align data initiatives with business objectives
  • Is forward-thinking, consistently anticipating business needs and taking action
  • Excellent English language proficiency
