Overview
We are seeking for a Sales Team Manager to join our growing team!
Position Overview
Assist in the oversight of the business development team for an assigned product vertical. Develop, lead and ensures the team meets sales quota and other key performance metrics.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Position Summary
Lead, manage, and coach a team of Sales support specialist.
Be a leader that inspires sales excellence and continual momentum
Ensure that processes are adhered and followed
Drive and take full ownership for performance to target while maintaining quality
Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of our services and technology platform and be able to articulate the advantages over competitors clearly
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account matters
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

Experience
1-3 years of strong leadership experience, with a focus on training, coaching, and motivation
5+ years of work experience as an Inside Sales Representative
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
Experience selling in the tech industry
Required Skills:
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail with excellent organization skills
Contagious positivity
An aggressive, competitive and committed attitude
Self-motivation with a desire to be successful
Effective time management skills
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Normal office environment
Extending viewing of computer screens
Some overnight travel may be required
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Spends time at a computer workstation and desk.
Moves throughout department or other locations to access or exchange information.
May involve carrying loads up to 50 lbs. and being able to remain in a stationary position.
May involve lowering oneself to file, and reaching, twisting or turning.
Involves handling office materials, typing, writing and other tasks that require manual dexterity.
Continuous listening.
Ability to communicate information.
