The Role:
Middesk is looking for a results-driven GTM leader to scale our fastest-growing product, Entity Management, which supports payroll and HR platforms. This role will be critical in accelerating Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) through both partnership expansion and new logo acquisition, with a focus on high-value targets like ADP and UKG.
You’ll report to the Head of Entity Management and work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Ops,
We follow a hybrid work model, and for this role, there is an expectation of 2 days per week in our SF or NY office. Candidates should be based within a commutable distance, as we believe in the value of in-person collaboration and building strong team connections while also supporting flexibility where possible.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand Embedded Entity Management across target accounts.
Drive net new business while scaling usage and ARR within the existing partner base.
Act as the strategic owner of top accounts, maintaining and growing long-term partner value.
Represent partner feedback internally to shape product and commercial priorities.
