We are looking for a Customer Success Analyst to join our team in Chicago. This is a highly analytical role that blends data interpretation with customer engagement. You will dig deep into complex data sets, translate insights into strategy, and collaborate closely with both internal teams and customers to drive measurable impact.
As a Customer Success Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping customers maximize value from MARKT-PILOT, guiding them in shaping their pricing strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring a seamless, positive experience. Your work will be central to maintaining high customer satisfaction, reducing churn, and driving long-term growth.

What we expect you to own and run with:

  • Work in close collaboration with Customer Success and Operations team to track customer progress and satisfaction, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Design and build customized customer dashboards that showcase ROI, usage metrics, performance benchmarks, and business value realization from MP market data.
  • Perform deep-dive analytical consulting for strategic accounts, analyzing their operational data to identify optimization opportunities, usage gaps, and growth possibilities.
  • Conduct regular data interpretation sessions with customer teams, teaching them to leverage platform analytics for strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Stay updated on product changes and developments by collaborating with the development team, ensuring accurate and timely communication to customers.
  • Communicate with customers to build lasting relationships, actively engaging with them to understand their needs and ensure maximum satisfaction with our software.

Which boxes you need to check:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights.
  • Ability to analyze customer behavior patterns across datasets, develop customer segmentation models, and identify usage trends that drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Project Management skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or other analytics tools.
  • Ability to establish nurturing relationships with customers, engage in meaningful conversations, address questions and concerns, and build rapport to create a positive impression.
  • Strong ability to translate complex analytical findings into compelling narratives, create impactful data visualizations, and deliver presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • High reliability, willingness to learn and self-initiative.
