About the Role
M2P Fintech is looking looking for a driven and consultative Product Sales professional to lead revenue growth for KYC and Digital Onboarding solutions. This role focuses on selling regulatory-compliant, API-led onboarding and identity products to banks, NBFCs, FinTech’s, and regulated enterprises.
The role demands strong solution-selling capabilities, deep understanding of KYC/AML regulations, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders across compliance, risk, product, and technology teams.
What Will You Do in this Role
· Revenue Ownership & Sales Growth
o Own end-to-end sales responsibility for KYC and Digital Onboarding products.
o Achieve assigned revenue, pipeline, and new logo acquisition targets.
o Drive expansion revenue through cross-sell and upsell of onboarding, identity, and compliance modules.
o Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
· Enterprise & Solution Selling
o Lead consultative sales engagements with CXOs, Compliance Heads, Risk Officers, Product Heads, and IT leaders.
o Understand customer onboarding challenges and position digital KYC and onboarding solutions aligned to regulatory and business needs.
o Design and present customized solution proposals in collaboration with pre-sales and product teams.
o Demonstrate strong capability in value-based and outcome-driven selling
· Market & Customer Engagement
o Identify opportunities across banks, NBFCs, Fintech’s, payments companies, lending platforms, and regulated enterprises.
o Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
o Represent the organization at industry forums, fintech events, and customer meetings.
o Act as a trusted advisor on digital onboarding transformation.
· Deal Management & Closure
o Own the complete sales lifecycle: Lead generation & qualification - Discovery & solutioning - Commercial proposal & pricing - Negotiation & contract closure.
o Work closely with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure smooth contracting and onboarding.
o Ensure timely closure of deals while maintaining margin and compliance standards.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Delivery, and Customer Success teams.
o Provide structured market and customer feedback to influence product roadmap.
o Support successful implementation handover and long-term account growth
What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role
· Proven experience in B2B / Enterprise Product Sales within fintech, Regtech, SaaS, or banking technology.
· Strong understanding of KYC, AML, identity verification, and onboarding regulations.
· Experience selling API-based, platform-driven products.
· Ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Good-to-Have Skills
o Prior experience selling to banks, NBFCs, FinTech’s, or regulated enterprises.
o Familiarity with RBI, UIDAI, PMLA, SEBI, and compliance frameworks.
o Experience with SaaS pricing models and recurring revenue structures.
o Exposure to digital transformation or compliance automation initiatives.
