About the Role

M2P Fintech is looking for a Senior Sales Professional with deep expertise in Lending ecosystem, who will be responsible for driving enterprise sales and revenue growth for lending products and platforms across banks, NBFCs, Fintechs, and lending-focused enterprises.

You will be responsible for platform-led solution selling, with direct ownership of large, complex deals from prospecting through closure.

What Will You Do in this Role

· Drive new business and revenue growth across NBFCs and lending FinTechs.

· Build and manage a portfolio of enterprise lending clients.

· Conduct client meetings, sales visits, and executive presentations.

· Pitch lending platforms, IT solutions, and bundled offerings.

· Lead commercial negotiations and close long‑term contracts.

· Own end‑to‑end sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.

· Attend industry events and fintech forums to generate leads.

· Track pipeline, forecasts, and sales performance in CRM

What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role

· Strong experience selling to NBFCs and lending ecosystem clients.

· Proven background in IT / FinTech / Lending platform sales.

· Exposure to LMS/LOS, credit systems, or lending technology.

· Experience with alternate underwriting FinTech’s is a plus.

· Prior experience with rating agencies or credit ecosystem players preferred.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
