If you’re energized by scale, real impact, and meaningful challenges, you’ll feel right at home here.

Where You’ll Work

This is a hybrid role based in either Denver CO, Raleigh NC, Philadelphia PA, Chicago IL, Holmdel NJ, or Austin TX with the expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

Why This Role Matters

As Manager, FP&A – Revenue at Litera, you will serve as a strategic finance partner to GTM leadership, helping shape revenue strategy through forecasting, business insights, and data-driven decision support. In this high-impact role, you will translate complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations that drive accountability, identify growth opportunities, and influence key business decisions. You will play a critical role in connecting financial planning to business performance, enabling leaders to make informed, strategic decisions that support scalable growth.

What You'll Deliver

  • Serve as a senior finance partner to Executive Leadership and the Revenue Organization in connection with bookings performance, variance drivers, and forecast risk

  • Own bottoms-up ARR models and rolling forecast cycles, including new logo, expansion, contraction, and churn cohorts, with executive-ready scenario analysis and commentary

  • Champion AI-driven processes and automated reporting infrastructure that delivers real-time revenue visibility to Finance and GTM stakeholders

  • Strong communicator able to present complex analysis clearly to senior business partners and executive stakeholders.

We’re committed to creating an inclusive environment. If you need accommodations at any point in the process or in the role, we’re here to support you.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience in FP&A or Investment Banking, with a strong foundation in financial analysis and planning

  • Deep understanding of SaaS revenue mechanics, including ARR, NRR/GRR, and pipeline dynamics

  • Demonstrated track record of managing and developing analyst-level talent

  • Advanced financial modeling and forecasting capabilities

  • Strong proficiency navigating and synthesizing data across systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, BI tools)

  • Comfort working with and leveraging AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and insights generation

  • Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, executive-level narratives and recommendations

  • Strong partnership and communication skills, with experience supporting senior GTM stakeholders

We know great candidates don’t always check every box. If you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply.

What You’ll Experience

  • Team: A culture where people show up for each other and do the right thing

  • Reach: A truly global team solving complex, meaningful problems

  • Opportunity: Real growth opportunities, not just talk about them

  • Technology: Work at the intersection of legal expertise and cutting-edge AI

  • Impact: The chance to make an impact at scale, not just contribute
